The Student Services Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse range of individuals, including students, guests, faculty, and staff within the college's student services center.  This role demands a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices, along with excellent interpersonal, decision-making and exceptional planning and organizational skills.

Many parents in college find themselves having to balance their time between taking care of their kids, focusing on academics, working, managing family commitments, and handling a variety of other responsibilities.
