If you haven’t gotten your EAGLE ID card, now is the time!

Your EAGLE ID is your official identification card at NTCC... It’s your key to campus life! With it, you have access to the fitness center, the Charlie and Helen Hampton Learning Commons (library), print stations throughout campus, laptop kiosks, and much more. For students living on campus, it will also provide access to student housing and meal plans . But wait, there’s more! With your EAGLE ID , you get into all NTCC sporting events and campus life events for free and enjoy discounted prices at various businesses throughout the community.

 

Here's how:

Find a cute pic…or take a new one if you must!

  • Think passport or driver’s license photo
  • Forward facing
  • Face clearly visible
  • Solid background
  • No hats, sunglasses, costumes, etc.
  • We only want to see you – No friends, pets, or others in your photo
  • No Filters or effects.

Please check your email for a message from the Card Services team, cardservices@ntcc.edu, regarding further instructions for your Eagle ID card. The email contains essential details on how to upload your photo for your Eagle ID. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact the Card Services office.
 

Please allow two business days

Please allow two business days for processing, Eagle ID cards will be ready for pick up at the Student Services Center. Please be sure to bring acceptable form of identification for pick up. 

Acceptable form of identification:

  • Active driver’s license or state ID card issued by any U.S. state or territory
  • Active U.S. passport or passport card
  • Canadian driver’s license or passport
  • Foreign passport with active U.S. visa
  • U.S. green card (permanent resident card)
  • U.S. military ID 

These items WILL NOT be accepted as valid IDs: 

  • A photocopied ID of any kind
  • High school ID
  • ID from another college or university
  • Foreign passport without U.S. visa
  • Foreign driver’s license

 

Don't forget your parking sticker!

While you wait, you can complete the Parking Registration form and pickup you parking sticker at the same time.
