What is the Eagle ID card?
A.    The Eagle ID card is the official identification card issues by NTCC. 


How long is my Eagle ID Card valid?
A.    The validity period of your Eagle ID depends on your enrollment status.


Can I use my Eagle ID Card off-campus?
A.    Yes, many businesses offer student discounts if you present your Eagle ID Card. Check with local retailers.


How can I update the information on my Eagle ID card?
A.    To update your information (e.g., name change), visit the Card Services Office with necessary documentation.


What is a preferred name and why would someone want to use a preferred name?
A.    A student or employee of NTC may use a first name other than the individual’s legal first name on the ID card (Preferred First Name) The reasons for choosing a preferred name are personal and different for each person. 


What if my Eagle ID Card stops working?
A.    If your card stops working, visit the Card Services Office for assistance. We will check the card and either fix it or issue a replacement if necessary.
 

Can I lend my Eagle ID to someone else?
A.    No, Eagle ID cards are non-transferable and should not be lent to others. 


How much does it cost to replace a lost or damaged Eagle ID card?
A.    There is a $25 replacement fee for lost or damaged Eagle ID cards.
 

What if I find someone else’s Eagle ID card?
A.    If you find someone else’s ID card, please return it to the Card Services office.
 

What should I do if I lose my Eagle ID card?
A.    Report the loss immediately to the Card Services Office. The lost card will be deactivated to prevent misuse.
