Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) is proud to announce that 100% of its recent Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) graduates have successfully passed the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) on their first attempt. This remarkable achievement underscores the high quality of education and training provided by NTCC's PTA program.

The Northeast Texas Community College Rodeo team will host the 4th Annual Alumni Dinner and Fundraiser on Saturday March 8th at The Priefert Hangar located at the gate 8 entrance to the Priefert Manufacturing facility in Mount Pleasant.
The Northeast Texas Community College Foundation recently received a check for $10,000 from the estate of the late Pat Sistrunk. The funds will be added to the David Sistrunk Memorial Scholarship. This endowed scholarship is available for students who participate in the Work4College program. Pictured receiving the donation is (from left) Nita May, Director of Development, and Dr. Jon McCullough, Executive Vice President for Advancement. The unique Work4College program allows students to work at the college and other locations to contribute to their college expenses in advance.

The funds will be added to the Michael and Nolan Memorial Scholarship to make it a fully-endowed award. Scholarship applications for Fall 2025 are currently open and students who apply will be considered for all foundation awards, including the Michael and Nolan Memorial Scholarship.
Northeast Texas Community College welcomes Photographer Sam Guzman as the exhibiting artist for February. His work will be on display from Friday, February 7th through Wednesday, February 26th. A reception will be held on Wednesday, February 12th, at 12:30 p.m. in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts.
Sam Guzman was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant, TX. He is married to Stephanie Guzman, and together they have four children: Jude, Jade, Jubilee, and Juno.
