The annual Texas Junior College Agriculture Association (TJCAA) conference and competition is always a much anticipated event for our NTCC Ag students as well as advisors. This year was no exception with our largest group in a while, 9 students and advisor in all traveling to Blinn College RELLIS location for the contest in Bryan, TX on April 3-5th, 2023.  It is more of a celebration and appreciation of everything we are all so passionate about than the testing of the skills that we have all learned through our programs.

We are just a couple of weeks away from East Texas Giving Day (April 25th) and the NTCC Foundation is currently in first place overall for early giving! A total of 53 donors have already donated over $15,000 to support programs and initiatives at NTCC. "I've been blown away by the early response this year. Our student organizations and programs have really taken initiative to get the word out and it is paying off. Please remember that every dollar you give to NTCC will go directly to help students or the cause you specify," Nita May, NTCC Director of Development, said.
