TRMC gives $1,500 for soccer field improvements

Northeast Texas Community College Athletics recently received a gift of $1,500 from Titus Regional Medical Center (TRMC). The donation will be used to make much-needed enhancements to NTCC’s soccer facilities. Come join in the fun! Learn & perform the “The Butter Finger Gang Mysteries: The Mini Musical” with Performance Supply Company! Part of NTCC's Kids Discovery College, Theatre Camp is open to actors and dancers ages 8-16. All experience levels are welcome!

This two-week, fun-filled camp will teach acting and dance to kids ages 8 to 16 as they learn the basics of auditioning, scene blocking, choreography and develop a 30-minute mini musical to be performed the last day of camp on the Whatley Center stage for family and friends.

NTCC Board meets for regular May meeting

The Northeast Texas Community College Board of Trustees met for its regular May meeting on Tuesday, May 28th. The first order of business was the Oath of Office Ceremony for a new board member in Place Seven. 

Titus County Judge, Kent Cooper, was in attendance to swear in Kerry Wootten as the newly-elected board member. He filled the place that was made available after the retirement of longtime board member, Dr. Dan McCauley.
