DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES:
Work closely with the Work4College Program Director and NTCC Advancement Staff to support all areas of private fundraising.
Assist with the development and implementation of marketing/communication strategies to identify funding sources to support, grow, and sustain the Work4College Program and other college programs.
EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Master's Degree Preferred
Strong communication skills, specifically, exceptional writing skills
Experience in marketing and/or public relations
Strong social media and customer service skills
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervision
Ability to think critically and apply problem-solving skills
Work independently and as a member of a team
Detail oriented
Maintain confidentiality
