Student Success plans fall workshops
Northeast Texas Community College Student Success Services will host a series of free workshops this semester. They will all be held in Humanities 101 from 12:25-1:25 p.m. Free pizza and prizes will be provided! For more information call 903-434-8123 or success@ntcc.edu.

Register now for Fall 2nd 8-Week Classes!
NTCC is currently enrolling students for the Fall 2nd 8-Week session, which begins Oct. 21. These classes are a great way to catch up or get ahead by picking up an extra class.
Classes cover the same amount of content as a 16-week course in a condensed time frame. While there may be a face-to-face component, most eight-week classes require at least some work to be completed in an online learning environment.
Help NTCC soccer player win Save of the Year!
One of our very own soccer players, goalkeeper Jeremy Coste, is up for Save of the Year through the USL League Two. USL League Two is a professional development league for soccer players. Jeremy had the honor of being one of several of our players to play in this developmental league over the summer. He is currently in the Semifinal stage for the Save of the Year Honor. We are needing your help to get him through to the Final!!! Please go and show support for Jeremy and cast your vote!!
PTK to host art show to highlight mental health and identity
Alpha Mu Chi, the Northeast Texas Community College Phi Theta Kappa Chapter, is seeking artists to participate in a special exhibit that will be held October 28 through November 1, 2019 in the Whatley Center foyer gallery. Outside The Lines will be a show about art, mental health and identity. A closing reception will be held Friday, Nov. 1 from 5-7 p.m.
Art Department hosts painting exhibit by Melissa Goolsby-Copeland
The Northeast Texas Community College Art Department is hosting an exhibit of mixed media paintings by Melissa Goolsby-Copeland. The paintings will be on display in the Whatley Center Foyer gallery through September 25. The exhibit is free to the public and is generally open for viewing Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 9-12. Please call ahead at 903-434-8181 to ensure that the gallery is open.
Intramural doubles pool tournament scheduled
The office of Student Activities and Multicultural Affairs at Northeast Texas Community College will host an Intramural Doubles Pool Tournament on Friday, Sept. 13 in the NTCC Game Room (SUB).
