Campaign for the Whatley receives $50,000

The Northeast Texas Community College Foundation recently received a $50,000 check from the Burt and Nancy Marans Estate. This gift will contribute to The Campaign for the Whatley. NTCC receives $202,785 to update medical technology

Northeast Texas Community College recently received a JET (Job and Education for Texans) 5 grant from the Texas State Comptroller's Office for $202,785. These funds will††will allow NTCC to purchase software for its†health programs, computers for each of its 12 dental hygiene operatories, new digital x-ray equipment, electronic dental record software, intraoral cameras and a panoramic digital x-ray system†. ETCF gives $12,000 for Spring 2012 scholarships

Pat Wommack of Lone Star recently gave $1,000 to benefit the Northeast Texas Community College†Campaign for the Whatley. This gift was made in honor of Mrs. Wommack's daughter-in-law, Kim Wommack, who is a Professor of Art and Division Director for Creative and Performing Arts at NTCC. NTCC Auto Body receives gift for ambulance restoration

The Flight of the Phoenix Aviation Museum in Gilmer recently donated $1,000 to benefit the Auto Body portion of the Carroll Shelby Automotive Technology program at Northeast Texas Community College.
