New Students:
New students using Federal education benefits, please complete an Enrollment Certification. This will be required every semester to continue using your federal benefits at NTCC. If the form is not filled out the VA Coordinator will not use your benefits without your submitted form. It is not the responsibility of the facility to continue using your benefits without the Enrollment Certification on file.

- DD214
- Any military transcripts

- Veteran DD214 member 2 or 4
Continuing Students:
Fill out an Enrollment Certification before every semester that you want to continue using benefits at NTCC. It is imperative to complete this form to ensure timely use of your benefits. Also, the Veterans Affairs Coordinator will need a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility on file along with your DD214, and any Military Transcripts.
