Information to candidate
Candidates will schedule an appointment through PAN up to 24 hours prior to the desired testing or I-9 session upon availability. Candidates will not schedule an appointment directly with the test center.

Identification Requirements:
Two forms of identification are required. One must be a valid government issued photo bearing ID. Candidates need to access and know their exam sponsor’s specific identification requirements;
it is your responsibility to read and understand the ID requirements as published by the exam sponsors.
Candidates that do not present acceptable ID will not be allowed to test. Acceptable photo identifications include federal and state issued IDs:
- valid driver’s license
- U.S. military ID
- passport
Accommodations for Disabilities:
Candidates needing special accommodations must make prior arrangements with their exam sponsor during the initial application process, well in advance of a preferred testing date. Accommodation requests will be reviewed by the test sponsor. Testing centers are not permitted to offer accommodations that have not been approved by the test sponsor.
