What is a QEP?
The Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) is an integral component of the reaffirmation of accreditation process and is derived from an institution’s ongoing comprehensive planning and evaluation processes. It reflects and affirms a commitment to enhance overall institutional quality and effectiveness by focusing on an issue the institution considers important to improving student learning outcomes and/or student success that is consistent with our mission and strategic plan.

The Northeast Texas Community College Rodeo Team made the long trip to Uvalde, Texas to compete in the Southwest Texas Junior College Rodeo October 2-3.
Sophomores Peyton Cooper and Garrett Fields had a nice showing for NTCC. Peyton (Ivanhoe, Texas) placed seventh in Goat Tying, while Garrett (Quitman, Texas) placed sixth in the Steer Wrestling event.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA/TASFA) form must be resubmitted every academic year. Also, just because you may not have qualified during the previous year, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t apply this year as well.
