Computer Services

The mission of the Computer Services Department at NTCC is to support, encourage and enhance the use of technology by faculty, staff and students by providing planning and leadership for technology. In addition, the mission of Computer Services is to manage and operate College-wide information systems and to coordinate support for the College information infrastructure in order to meet the academic and administrative computing needs of the College.

**Chromebooks and tablets are not recommended for completing your class work**.
Please keep in mind that we do have a computer lab open to students located in the Learning Commons. The lab is open during normal business hours.

Reset your OneLogin Account

Computer Services is proud to announce the release of our OneLogin reset portal!

Please visit https://reset.ntcc.edu if you fall into any of the following categories:

  • If you get a new phone
  • If you delete the OneLogin app from your phone
  • If you reset your phone to factory default
  • If you set it up on a phone other than your own

This application was designed with ease of use in mind. Here is how the process works:

  1. Go to https://reset.ntcc.edu
  2. Enter your NTCC username and password
  3. A code will then be generated and emailed to your account. 
  4. Input the 8 digit code that is provided in the email
  5. Your Onelogin account will then be reset

Please log in to the myEagle portal to submit a trouble ticket. On the left side of the page you will see a Quick Links menu with various options. If you click Computer Services you will be prompted to send an email to our ticketing system.
NOTE: You must be logged in to see the Computer Services link.
