About Us:
Community Services division handles Salvation Army funds, the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP), and Case Management for the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG). Food pantries, as well as fan and coat drives, are part of the division's responsibilities. CSNT, Inc. maintains eight outreach offices that help low-income families in Bowie, Camp, Cass, Hopkins, Lamar, Marion, Morris, and Titus counties. CSNT, Inc. may help transients and local customers with accommodation, meals, gas, electricity, and medications thanks to Salvation Army donations. The Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) helps low-income families with the highest energy needs in their homes, taking into account both the energy load and vulnerable family members. Low-income, elderly/disabled, and families with children under the age of six are given priority.
