The NTCC Ag Club, established in Fall 2008, continues to serve as a cornerstone for students passionate about agriculture. Through leadership, fellowship, and service, the club promotes the interests of the agriculture program at Northeast Texas Community College while fostering strong ties within the community.

The club’s 2024-25 leadership team includes:

  • President: Jordon Berkley
  • Vice President: Keli Dickerson
  • Secretary: Jude Wimberly
  • Treasurer: Taylor Collins
  • Reporter: Lillianna Torreblanca

The club’s motto for the year, “Grazing on Grit + Harvesting Dreams = Cultivating Success”, reflects their mission to prepare students for the challenges of the agriculture industry while encouraging them to dream big and aim high. Through a blend of education and practical experience, members are equipped to tackle issues such as climate change, food security, and technological advances in agriculture.

Regular meetings are held bi-monthly on alternating Wednesdays and Thursdays at 12:25 PM in the Ag Complex (Room 117), with lunch provided.

The Ag Club also organizes and participates in various events, including FFA contests, Scare Fair, community service projects, and seminars. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in agriculture, with annual dues of $20.
