The Northeast Texas Community College Foundation recently received a $10,000 donation from the Gloria Norwood estate. The funds established the Bradley Syd Norwood Memorial Scholarship, which will provide scholarships to students in the Carroll Shelby Automotive Technology Program. Gloria, who was a resident of Naples, planned the gift in her will. Her late son, Bradley, attended the NTCC Automotive Program in the early 1990s.
