From May 8th to May 10th, Northeast Texas Community College conducted a comprehensive Train the Trainer course at Mid America Pet Foods' industry site. This intensive program was designed to equip supervisors with effective content delivery skills tailored for the workplace. Over the course of three days, participants engaged in interactive sessions and practical exercises, enhancing their ability to train their teams efficiently.
Mid America Pet Foods expressed great satisfaction with the course outcomes and are optimistic about future collaborations. Jimmy Smith, NTCC Director of Continuing Education and Corporate Training, highlighted the success of the initiative, stating, “These are the opportunities that are so rewarding to see transpire. Companies like Mid America see the value in professional development, and it’s wonderful to be a part of their growth.”
