The Culinary Arts program at Northeast Texas Community College will host a Ristorante Lunch Buffet with the theme "Strangers in the night" on Thursday, Oct. 10th from noon to 2 p.m. (come and go). Tickets are $25 per person and the event will be held at the NTCC Culinary Arts School at 114 Jefferson Street in downtown Pittsburg.
Tickets can be purchased online at ntcc.edu/ristorante24. The menu will include the following:
APPETIZERS
- Garlic Bread - Fresh baked baguette topped with a garlic butter toasted to perfection.
- Caesar Salad - Fresh romaine lettuce topped with finely grated parmesan cheese, toasted croutons, and our finest homemade Caesar dressing.
- Pomodore - Rich tomato soup garnished with basil, crispy croutons, and grated parmesan cheese.
ENTREE
- Spaghetti - Spaghetti noodles tossed in a rich tomato -based sauce with Italian seasonings and topped with fresh parsley."
- Lasagna - Lavers of pasta, a meaty tomato sauce, and mix of different cheeses."
- Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo - A rich, creamy fettuccine Alfredo made with tender, grilled chicken breast. The pasta is tossed in a silky Parmesan-based sauce, creating a decadent and satisfying dish.
DESSERT
- Creamy Limoncelle Italian Ricotta Cake - A light and refreshing gluten free dessert with just the right amount of sweetness
