The Northeast Texas Community College Foundation held its annual Golf Classic on Monday, Oct. 16th at Daingerfield County Club. The tournament raised over $12,000 to support the NTCC Work4College Program.
Texas Heritage National Bank won the six-man-scramble, shooting 18 under. The winning team (pictured from left) included Brad Moughon, Kelley Sands, James Duke, Josh Anton, Todd Immel, and Ricky Shelton. This is the third year in a row that THNB has won the NTCC Golf Classic. In the closest to the hole contest, Kelley Sands won first place and Lance Grigsby won second place.
Teams that participated included American National Bank, Cypress Bank, Diamond C Trailers, Daingerfield Country Club, Guaranty Bank and Trust, NTCC, Pilgrims, Texas Heritage National Bank, and Titus Regional Medical Center.
“We would like to thank everyone who came out to support the tournament this year. The funds we raised will go directly toward sponsoring students in the 2024 Work4College Program,” Mason May, NTCC Director of Work4College, said. “We are also very grateful to Daingerfield Country Club for donating the use of their beautiful golf course and clubhouse for the event.”
