Northeast Texas Community College celebrated its May 2023 commencement with two ceremonies on Saturday, May 13th. There were 340 candidates for graduation. The 9 a.m. ceremony honored those receiving Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, Associate of Arts in Teaching degrees and dual credit certificates. There were 130 students in attendance to receive their diploma. A total of 132 Associate of Applied Science degrees and Certificates of Competency were presented at the 11 a.m. ceremony.
Skylar Fondren gave the student welcome and Jordan Chapin gave the student response at the 9 a.m. ceremony. Dania Castro gave the student welcome and Melissa Wilson gave the student response at the 11 a.m. ceremony.
