Northeast Texas Community College celebrated December 2023 commencement on Friday, Dec. 15th at 7 p.m. in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts. A total of 208 awards were given, including 101 certificates of competency, six Associate of Arts, eight Associate of Arts in Teaching, 44 Associate of Science, and 31 Associate of Applied Science degrees. There were also 18 reverse transfer degrees awarded to students who completed the requirements after transferring to another institution. Michelle Calderon gave the student welcome and Randy Nolen delivered the student response.
