As we approach our 3rd week of the Fall semester, the SGA team is gearing up to execute a successful Backyard Bash Thursday, September 9, 2021, at 6 pm. The purpose of this event is to encourage unity on campus through a fun-filled picnic-style event. Throughout this event, the SGA team will have everyone check-in at the entrance gates, get their free wing baskets (first 60 people) and their hamburger baskets. After the guests have gotten comfortable in their seats, the SGA team will be announced, athletic coaches will share insights on their teams and we will hear a word from Dr. Clinton.
Afterward, the basketball and volleyball areas will be open for competitions to win prizes. Also, random guests will win prizes but they must have an InclusiveEagle profile to be eligible to receive the prize. InclusiveEagle is an app that rewards students for attending events.
