Registration for the spring 2017 semester is currently underway at Northeast Texas Community College. Students may also register for the holiday intersession term.
Intersession courses run December 21 through January 6. These intensive online classes allow dedicated students to earn full college credit in about three weeks. Learn more about these classes at www.ntcc.edu/intersession.†The regular Spring 2017 semester begins on Tuesday, Jan. 17.
Most current students may sign up for classes online via the MyEagle portal at mycampus.ntcc.edu. New students should fill out an application for admission and complete a financial aid application as soon as possible. Instructions are available at†www.ntcc.edu/apply.
?A lot of people may not realize that they can apply and be accepted as a new student for the spring term. Whether you are wanting to go back to school to finish what you started or start from the beginning, we are here to help you,? Dr. Josh Stewart, NTCC Vice President for Student and Outreach Services, said.
Stewart says that he also encourages current students to register early online:
?Most of our students should be able to register online at their convenience. It is a good idea to get this taken care of before the end of the fall semester. This allows you to choose the courses you need with the instructors you prefer. It also saves time by beating the last-minute rush,? he said.
Limited campus housing will be available for the spring semester for those who are interested. Visit†www.ntcc.edu†to view schedules, apply online, learn more about program offerings, and more.
