The Northeast Texas Community College Lady Eagles (NTCC) softball team dropped their doubleheader against Navarro College Wednesday.
† † † †Darby Davis scored the Lady Eagles lone run of the game when she was driven home by Breagan White in the third inning. Hailey Dixon took the loss for the Eagles with the final score ending up 13-1.
† † † †The Lady Eagles seemed to struggle at the plate all day. Wednesday?s second game ended up being a shut out. The Lady Eagles managed only three hits for the whole game. Caitlin Lites took the 10-0 loss.†Saturday?s scheduled games were rained out.
† † † †The softball team will be back in action at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26 for a single game against Trinity Valley Community College at NTCC before traveling to Kilgore on Saturday, March 29 for a game against Kilgore College at 1 p.m. The Eagles return to host Bossier Parish Community College at 1 p.m. on March 31 and Navarro on April 2 at NTCC.
