About one year ago a health issue caused me to evaluate my current state of wellness.††Also, with the early passing of several family members in the last few years, I said to myself, if you don?t make some changes, you won?t be around much longer; therefore, in March, 2011, I started to work on quitting smoking.††A tongue spray worked for me, and I have been smoke free since June, 2011.††In addition to quitting cigarettes I have begun walking and eating less fried foods and more fruits and vegetables.††The net result is a better me.
