Job Duties:
- Provide reception services for CIS/UB office and staff.
- Develop and manage a calendar.
- Establish and maintain filing and record keeping.
- Maintain ledger on program expenditures and ledger of budget items.
- Complete data entry for CIS and UB and generate relevant reports.
- Work closely with the Project Directors and staff to promote the programs and fulfill the program mission.
Experience and Other Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Two years' experience in general office management required
- Must be familiar with databases, able to create spreadsheets, and generate reports.
- Must be familiar with a variety of software applications.
- Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
