Minimum Salary: $42,000 |
Description of Duties:
- Assure adherence to the grant requirements
- Monitor sites/data/records for quality control
- Supervise site staff
- Coordinate training opportunities for staff
- Give guidance to help staff implement appropriate programming to meet the needs to the students and schools
- Complete reports to TEA, supervisor, CIS Board, and NTCC as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Experience and Other Qualifications Required:
- Experience with multiple youth services programs
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse individuals, families, groups, and organizations
- High degree of initiative, creativity, and flexibility to optimize the implementation and continuation of the program
- Leadership skills to direct site coordinators to ensure program compliance
- Training experience utilizing the CIS Model preferred
- TEA certified master trainer preferred
